Default Midland International MAF/KMAF Finished

Well I finished it! Here are some photos. I only have one night photo with the lights because they didn't come out well but I will take some more in a few minutes and try to get some better ones.

More photos...By the way I have two WN737-700 Winglets on the way along with three more packs of GSE. I will paint most of the GSE in Southwest "Canyon Blue". I will have photos of it when the time comes. In the mean time....

Wow! Looks great. The night shots are cool too.

BTW, are you going to add tarmac lighting?

Awsome man. This is great but again. You going to keep that F.F. open? Anyway will you use the Southwest 737 with winglets also. That will look hot.

For those of you who didn't know this airport, Midland/Odessa, is a real airport located in west Texas. I got as many pictures as I could to build my model. And aside from the jetways, which I mayget in a few weeks, I think it looks somewhat like the real Midland/Odessa Airport...

Well done job. Maybe a few commuter or regionals! Question? Why Midland/Odessa?

I decided for my next airport I wanted to build a real airport where Southwest has a few gates but I wanted it to be small. And I like the terminal at MAF so I decided to build it, even though I have never been there.

You guys may also wonder why all airports are so small and don't contain runways or cargo areas. Well I have the space but I want to kind of experiment with smaller airports before I make one huge airport. And since I'm finished with MAF I will begin making plans for my next airport and so far I will include, at least a 30 gate terminal, part of a runway, an HP mini-hub, and maybe a cargo area. I expect to be finished this summer if I work fast.
