Default Fantasy flights

How many of you out there believe this is completely idiotic. I think this mess should stop, you are grouping us with the comic book nerds when you do this.

yes, I don't like fantasy flights, but hey, if they like em, why should they stop? Because of someone saying that it sucks?

Dont like 'em, never have. I would like to see them in their own special place on the board....not under model airports.

I like F.F. and I agree with you: I asked to Flight Director to create a special section for it, unfortunately without any answer.
Maybe in the future there will be a separated area, it would be better for all...

I agree also the Fantasy Flights should have their own forum. Not in the airport forum. I guess fantasy flights is no different than those people who do fantasy football.

Hey tacofrogcheese!

I agreee it should be created a new forum for this topic, but don`t blame F.F. because it hasn`t been made... Ask F.D.

I think that it is dangerous to say that a part of our hobby is idiotic – I mean this is not the way to make friends or have respect fore what others have let a lot of work in it. If you have looked around you will see some of the DA. C members
Have so much fun doing fantasy flights.

If you don’t like FF is ok with me, but try to make others to be idiots, if they don’t have the same standards as you is BS
And to make a vote, is even worse – let say that 70% don’t like FF is the rest that do idiots?

I know of people how think that I am a nerd – because I spent a lot of money and time to collect small metal moulds in different colors and just to put them in a display cabinet................ But they are not members of DA.C

One of the “side effects “ of Fantasy Flights is that you become friends with a lot of people from all over the world –
That’s an issue there hard to beat

Save flights

i think it is an interesting concept that has a chance to flourish if done properly.

if there is a centralized website to keep track of all airports and organize the flights, i think it would be very interesting...an im not talking bout just any site..but someone who is passionate about it....there should also be some sort of guidelines and etc...not just any airports would make it...

just my 2 cents... somehow i think my opinion would get flamed..hehe
i know FF is not every ones cup of tea, but for those who dont enjoy it, just take it like a spin off from the hobby...

for example, some guys make R/C aircrafts to fly but some just make it for the shear satisfaction of building an aircraft and displaying it...

I'd like to head it, if no one objects.

I've lots of free time and am a whiz at schedule-making, finding avaliable flight numbers, avaliable IATA and ICAO codes, and much, much, more!

As a side note, don't you just hate it when someone has, for instance, a KL 777-300 flying between let's say, SCL and SDQ? I like to keep some realism with my fantasy flights (i.e. The SQ flight to DAO from BNM continues to SIN).

EDIT: Fantasy Flight Central is now up and running! Flights will be added daily!

http://www.FantasyFlightCentral.tk/

PM me to have your airport added to the list of airports. Include the Fantasy Flight Schedules into your airport with all of the required information, please!

I like Airline History and would not go to this extent. History is not to be played with. To me this sounds like playing with static display models no matter what the scale. I might recommend one of these.:

But do them if you want! The world is crazy in many ways.
