Default New Fiber optic project

No photos yet. I will be using a 4' by 4' board. I am in the process of painting the tarmac, termial area, runway. I will be placing fiber optic lights on this one too. BTW, no Pixelport tiles on this one. Everything done from scratch. I hope to show a photo of the general plan by late Sunday/ early Monday.

Ramon

Here is the photo I promised. The airport will have three terminals. I will try to start placing the pinstripes today. I have not had a chance to do any weathering. As you can see some of the paint is still drying.

This is just a quick update. I still have a long way to go, but I already started placing the fiber in the taxiways. I am working on the terminals as well as everything else.

Super work as usual Ramon. I love your layouts. A few quick questions...

Where do you get your fiber optics from and how do you install them? Do they have a single power source etc etc? I have never done that kind of stuff so I am asking

Thanks

I purchased .75mm fibers and use different light sources to achieve the colors I need (blue, green, white, red).

Do you have any photos of what the inside of your buildings looks like? I'm looking for ideas of how to construct my buildings and I need something to look at from a structural standpoint. Thanks!
