If anyone out there knows......which gates did Republic, Braniff, Eastern, and Frontier use back in the early 80's???
It is for my new Retro San Diego Airport under construction. Dylan

No, way man! Your going to try SAN, Awesome!!!! Been waiting for someone to do SAN(best aiport I know of), even if its retro. Sorry I can't be of to much help, all I do know is that the current commuter terminal was PSA's hanger at the time.
P.S. sent you PM about airport in your box

Hi Galapagapop...nice to see a fellow nutmegger on here! As an FYI, Trevor Smithwick (Manta) built an outstanding 1:400 model of SAN.....I believe you can find pics on here, but you can also view pics in the airport section on EzToyz' site.

I saw Smithwicks, and although it is nothing short of stunning, its a hybrid....part SAN, part his own design, melted them together and sprinkled on some beautiful custom jetways. Great peice of work.
Mine is gonna be actual San Diego......PSA's, Republic, Northwest ORIENT, Eastern, Hughes Airwest, National, Texas Intl, Frontier "F", and some goofy's thrown in for fun.

What is the point of having a skylight just for plants? Might as well not have one at all. I would have cut the area out where the skylight was and added some extra detail underneath adding a floor with passengers, etc.

yeah the main terminal peice is a little more brittle than the other parts, all I did was lift up the pyramids, with everythng attached(trick was trying to get it up over time like a couple day, so not to cause damage) then place glue down for a grass layer, then place little bushes on top, then use plastic cement and put pyramids back on and its ready.
P.S. Dylan your PM box says its full empty it out man
