Default Scale measurements..

So.. at the risk of getting flamed.. does anyone have a formula/cheat sheet to convert measurements from 1:1 to 1:400 for Feet and inches? without using decimals (ie, 10' = 1/4 inch)

Proffesor, what happend to your avater - first it looked like the swiss flag, now it looks quite like the cross on german fight planes of WWII!!!
