Description of my airport....

Since i can't post a picture of my airport i'll describe it to you guys
The model i made is that of the YVR (Vancouver International Airport) International terminal. So far i have soccefully assembled the building and i am adding the skylights and ventelation things. When it is done it will have 30 gates and 3 remote stands. The walls of the terminal are what i think fairly acurate except drawn on paper. It will also have the north runway of the airport and the airpot tower.

when i do get the chance i will post some pictures!

it's in the 1:500 scale i am planning to collect all the airlines that go to vancouver and add some other airlines i like!

sofar i have:

Air Canada 767-200
Canadian Airlines 747-400 (canadian goose scheme)
Gulf Air A340-300
Thai Airways 777-300
BMI A330-200
Canada 3000 A330-200
Lufthansa A340-200 (star alliance scheme)
Continental 737-700
Deutche BA 737-400
Singapore Airlines A340-300 & 777-200
KLM 747-400

there is one plane though i am really hoping that either starjets or Herpa would produce and its a Philippine Airlines A340-300!

Hey yvr_rulz!

I love spotting at YVR whenever I am out there on business, which feels like every month. I love seeing airlines that I don't get to see at YYZ like, Singapore, Phillipines, Alaskan, etc.

That would be nice

.......the Herpa PAL became quite rare. I have 2 Starjets PAL B747....missed out on the HErpa release. Anyway.....I'm with you on this request even if my concentration is on 1:400.
