Not in Diecast yet anyway.

Try a search using the Database feature on this website and you will find that 1/400 Scale (Dragon Warbirds) is currently the only scale available.

The only 1/144 C5 I've seen is a plastic kit made by a Japanese company called Otaki. They crop up on eBay very occasionally. A friend of mine built one, and it looks very impressive.

I've just bought the 1/144 Otaki model. It is very rare and can command high prices.
I got a good deal and look forward to building it and having it alongside my C-17 and AN-124.

Very nice indeed and a bit more manageable size.
The 1/144 consumes significant amounts of shelf space.
I wouldn't mind 1/144 kits of the C-141A, B and the A400M too.

Ooops, forgot about the Fenwicks! I'm not aware that Otaki did a C141. I seem to remember that the old company Aurora, did a C141A. Its very rare today. Wish I'd held on to mine now, I never did build it. Have a look at this...

Don't forget Dragon Wings make diecast C-5 Galaxies in 1/400 scale in all colour schemes from prototype(with nose probe) to final grey scheme and very nice they are too.

that Dragon 1:400 is a perfect little model!
In 1:200 you wouldn't be able to hold it if also made in diecast (compare Geminis C-17!).
I even kept the Dragon C-17 when i sold my1:200 collection!
