Even though the Corgi Tornados have some issues, they are much better than Witty and the best on the market.

The Corgi Typhoon is the only one on the market in 1/72, but it is really bad. I don't see anyone else making one soon, so there's not much choice.

When it comes to tornado, it really depends which one. GR4 then Corgi no doubt. But when it comes to mk3, I might even go with Witty Wings because corgi's nose profile is off (although the body is better than Wittys)

And yea the typhoon, Corgi's nose is simply not sharp enough. But if you want a cheap alternative, Altaya made a decent looking one. But don't expect the quality to be as good as Corgi, HM, CW...etc. Here's a link to a few photos of Altaya's model

Got that one and it sits on my desk. Does not compare too well to the HM and CW next to it, but for the ~15 euro I paid it is pretty neat.

I'm not an expert in military questions and I cannot provide photos but taking a closer look at my Altaya Eurofighter Typhoon I can observe:
  • Metal body, plastic wings - feels rather light but solid enough
  • Gears up or down option, stand included if I remember correctly
  • Cockpit closed, no pilot or instruments
  • Panel lines okay, maybe slightly exaggerated and not always cleanly excuted
  • Relatively large gaps/seam lines between fuselage parts and even between halves of drop tanks(?)
  • Engine intake sadly ends in grey "wall", similar to many other 1/72 military models
  • Rather much printed detail including a lot of tiny "No step" markings
