I collect 1:87 scale (HO) bicentennial trains. I have seen this advertised but having seen photos I'm glad I didn't order it. Never was a fan of the T33 and in this color scheme no thanks

Not really retractable in the meaning of "mechanism to open and close the landing gear", but these models are coming with optional parts to display them either with retracted or with extended landing gear.

Yes, in the photos above you can see that the model can be displayed on a display stand with the gear up or on the ground with the gear down.
