This kit is the most-accurate F-15E there is AFAIK. Most everything else out there is really "a tweaked F-15D" at best and missing quite a few E-specific details. But this kit---it's what all F-15E models of all types should be compared to.

You asked for comments, so----I notice you've painted the airbrake housing. White airbrakes are a myth on the F-15 and F-18, even though every model kit ever says to paint them that way. Every F-15 and F-18 has the backside of the airbrake, and the airbrake housing, the same shade of grey as the surrounding area. So on an F-15E, that's 36118 gunship grey.

Nice work you have coming there kamal! and I hope it all turns out well... cant wait to see the finish product, just of curiosity did you paint the fuselage by hand or air brushed it?

Very nice work Kamal. Thank you for sharing. Please keep us updated w/ pictures. The wash is perfect IMO.

Since you asked, I did notice some minor details. See pics above for interior engine nozzle colors. There are also some small circular mold marks on the interior of the nozzles, but they seem to be in a difficult position to file or fill. You still may be able to knock out the round shape of them. The co-pilot headrest pads aren't metal, so I think you should make them like you have the pilot's. I'm also not sure of the leading edge color.

These are all insignificant issues, so you can ignore them all and have a truly excellent finished model.

Thanks again. I enjoy seeing member's talent at work.

X-20 is a great product, but I prefer denatured alcohol because you can get a much thinner coat using up to a 70% ratio without beading. It all comes down to preference though, and your modelling skills seem to be much better than mine.

Substitute for Tamiya Acrylic Thinner - Painting and airbrushing - Tools, Techniques, and Reference Materials - Finescale Modeler Community

I would not like to wait on anything... I'm too impatient.

Great job Kamal !! It looks amazing. The weathering is very well applied and you have a great talent. Most people would go with a bomb load, but I like the clean look of the air superiority role too.

Next, can you do an RA-5C Vigilante for me? NIB HASEGAWA 1/72 US NAVY RA5-C VIGILANTE MODEL KIT | eBay
