Lockheed F-104 Starfighter

Not an insanely accurate model by any means, it is one of the original Maisto models, but it means something to me since my dad picked it up when he went on a business trip to Michigan. I would say this one is from around 2000-2001.

I was wondering if there were any more accurate models of this aircraft out there? I seen some decent ones in the database, but they were released quite a while ago, anyone have any of the actual "models" of this plane?

Yes, there are very nice models of the F-104 out there!
In scale 1:72: Hobby Master, no question (KLICK here for an overview of their range of different F-104 models)

In scale 1:200: Herpa. Very nice for their size! (KLICK here for an example of their F-104)
