F-16 schemes announced for A and C versions. I will consider adding the USMC Phantom to my collection.

The Chief !!! Oh yeah !

I'm a little disappointed with the F-16 livery selections. I'll prbably get the C variant, but can anyone explain the decision to go with these two? It seems odd. Taiwan must be a huge diecast market.

Nice MiG 21 too.

Considering how Taiwan has always been in the news lately and the recent US offer to upgrade those old F-16As, I might consider getting a copy for myself.

The rumor is HM have been expanding into markets all over the world. It explains why we've seen so many liveries from different air forces.

As for the F-16 livery selections, HM might be making a lot of corrections to the mold. We've seen this with the F-18. Hopefully by the time they do the "good" liveries, the model will be near perfect.

$57.99 is abit much for a 1:72 Mig-21, almost getting towards 1:48 prices. Someone forgot to tell HM the worlds in recession

They have no competition on the market. Still the quality is great. Sure, 58$ is a bit much but what we can do? Look at Century Wings prices and their latest models has a poor QC...

True, but at nearly $10 more than the the last MiG-21 release, it's enough for me to pass on and I love my MiGs

Diecast collecting is an exclusive club as it is and with the way the prices are going, it's gunna stay that way. If they expect to attract the attention of the next generation of new, younger collectors, their prices are going to have to stay stable otherwise in 5-10 yrs time, maybe sooner, there'll be no one to sell these models to. Except to crazy people like us lol

Yeah man agree with you.
Also... about me. I also collect some movie figures in 1/6 from companies like Hot Toys, Sideshow and etc... it's expensive and the prices also growing up every year! In 2009, i was able to buy a single figure for a ~100$ ... Nowadays... The minimum are 160$/each and more. Every time i'm thinking what to collect... i can't to choose... just get not too much as i want

It doesn't make sense that Corgi can produce new moulds and still keep the price down but HM can increase the price on an old mould. Yes they are the only ones to make MiGs but meh I have a few already, I don't need anymore at that price.

Same with the F-5, got one, happy with it, not gunna invest 1:48 $$$ into a tiny 1:72 model, even if they are awesome.

As for the F-16, I already have a Dragon ROCAF F-16 thats good enough, it's gunna take more then a few two tone HM F-16's to get me interested
