Default KLM Boeing 737-200 PH-TVX again?

Just wondering why JC Wings would release KLM Boeing 737-200 PH-TVX leased from Transavia in 1:400 scale (as per EZtoys website). Already done by Aeroclassics. So is it going to be different in any way? Would have much rather seen that registration in Transavia colours.

Makes no sense. Why wouldn't they select something different?

Because they are without any originality, and can only copy what others have already done!

More so, the copies of previous releases by other companies they make, are done on inferior moulds with substandard QC.

Besides being cheaper (remember; you get what you pay for!!!), they have no positive attributes!

Wrong Tim; it makes a difference when you put something newer/BETTER to the market, not something inferior to what exists.

Totally agree. Although the market has been flooded with 1/400 Lockheed L-1011 Tristars, it still hasn't really been done correctly... Keep 'em flying, Doug

I Agree Better Quality Models Are Preferred, ButThe Inferiority Complex Never ceases To Disgust. One Eventually Becomes sick Of It And Buys The "Infierior" Product anyway.

Rick, I can't help personality disorders of collectors who prefer to fill their collection with junk, because they don't like me, or my opinion.

Most of us real collectors have standards, and would refuse to buy junk.
With the collecting habits and standards you've shown over the years, you should restrict your purchases to the firesales on Skybusters at Wal-Mart, or JC wings. Same caliber!!

The forums would be a lot more boring without you and your opinions. Unfortunately, Todd has banned me on 400SH because of mine so no more reviews of AC products, histories or model airport scenes over there any more We might have strong opinions either right or wrong, but isn't that what forums are for?

This is a public forum; why should you care who posts an opinion?

Hell would freeze over before those blokes would give a proper response when called on something.

Just like it has over at the Buzz for everyone who is still anxiously awaiting to hear how the AeroClassics Guarantee would benefit them from purchasing only from authorized retailers.

Nothing Wrong With Opinions,The Problem Is Extremeism and Hurtful Rhetoric, Which Is Always The Case With You. The SMA KLM 737 Is Available Online Via Private Sale And It's A Good Choice. And That My Friend Is Not Only Opinion, But Fact, Especially Since I Bought It Directly From You.

I can't believe that zinc rot issue is still being dragged up after 10 years. Sounds like my late grandma, bless her soul, who until her final days used to complain how I stuffed a liverworst into her couch when I was 5 or so.

Oh, I'm sorry...the Aero Classics WARRANTY.

Oh, yes...the thread that was started on 11-21-2010 on the Buzz. It looks like the user name "aklein707" has deleted the majority of his posts in the thread but there are still enough people who quoted him before the deletion. It mentions a warranty that only applies to Aero Classics if purchased from "proper channels" and later on how complaints should be addressed to the factory, WITY Industrial?

If you don't remember this then that is deeply regrettable as you either just flat out forgot or someone is using your username here without your authorization.

Rick, I told you years ago not to put your models in the microwave oven!!

Look at what it did to your models, and the collateral damage to your brain!

Possibly standing a tad close to that microwave too. I Mean Who Types With The First Word Of Everything In Caps? Not only is it wrong, but time consuming to boot.

Sorry to hear that Adrian, I banned myself (or rarther, I chose to post elsewhere) after enquiring as to why some of my posts were deleted ? Was told there was nothing wrong with them but were caught up amongst a thread Todd didn't like.

Honestly... after 10 years, some people here still bring up the Witty disaster, it's almost becoming funny. I guess ole Rick still refuses to buy a Ford because they made the barbecue that seats 4 many years ago (the Pinto for the younger folks on this forum). People seem to have gotten over that one quicker than a toy (oops sorry), model airplace issue.

I am old enough to know exactly what you are talking about with the Pinto. I didn't even need to Google it. Seriously though,it was a terrible thing. Sorry to stray off topic.

You don't see other manufacturers come on here and bash others like children in middle school. What makes it worse is that he likes to talk a big game as if his ship is perfect but it isn't.

Nobody's perfect, not me, and especially not you.

I've never laid claim to perfection, however, the sleazebags you're sticking up for, aka Witty400 or Johan Chan, well deserve whatever they're called on, be it by me, or anyone else.

Live with it!
