Without making reference to any particular problem or event, I want to thank the moderators for their care in cleaning up messes that have been made. I know things sometimes slip by, but the timely actions by you are appreciated.

I'm a mod over at the diecasthangerpub and I know how difficult it is to constantly keep track of the forum when you have personal life to deal with first. But we have to stop the crazies from coming in.

I'm sorry but a lot of you are just as easy to blame. He clearly liked the attention and so many of you caved in and gave him the exact response he was looking for.

How hard is it to go into User CP and add him to the ignore list?

Guilty as charged your honour, but i knew what he would do, and being a bit bored, at the time, wanted to see just how far he would go, well its over now, fun while it lasted, but hopefully never to be seen again!!!!!!!

It's not really the point. If something wasn't done about a particular individual other troublemakers will see and join in. Very soon the DAC will be full of nonsense postings. Newbie diecast collectors will be put off from joining the DAC.

We have to be thankful to the mods for maintaining a clean and tidy forum for collectors to enjoy.

I wish that the problem had never happened, but this wasn't about who was to blame, it was about thanking the moderators for damage control and clean up when these things happen (and they will from time to time).

I too wished these problems never occur. Unfortunately it will happen from time to time (assmia). On this occasion it appears I was lucky to have missed the majority of offensive postings. He appeared to be posting during what is the middle of the night for the UK.

He really has a vengeance, ive alerted other forums, hopefully he will just give up, sooner, rather than later!!! Hopefully his access to all the forums will be blocked, so he runs out forums he can blanket with his sick filth!

As obnoxious as this kid is you have to feel sorry for him. He obviously has some very serious psychological and emotional issues and needs professional help. I've seen kids like this before. He probably is very lonely, angry and has no friends. His father is most likly a chronic alcoholic that abused him (possibly sexually) and his Mother. His parents are now divorced and his Mother has been in and out of jail working as a hooker to support her cocaine addiction. To escape all these problems he has withdrawn into a world of fantasy with online games. But because of his anger issues that are rooted in the abusive parents issues and lack of friends, he is not even accepted socially online. This kid is in a downword spiral of hate and self-destruction. I Pray for him to be saved.

I truly think what you have stated is so close to the truth its not funny, he screams attention, and he got it, what can one say or do to help without knowing the guy personally???I do feel sorry for the guy, and any mental trauma he may of faced, hopefully he seeks help, and or someone does it for him, before he takes his life, or someone elses.
Hopefully a resolution to his life issues is an easy and permanent cure to his current situation. Hopefully his spiral into the sink can be prevented in time!!!

Unfortunately in our society there is a growing number of these kids that are social rejects due to poor parenting or a lack of parents and a family life, too much time in the fantasy world of computers.

Honestly I think you are looking far too deeply into this character. He is simply a troublemaker who thinks he is getting some sort of kick out of causing disorder on a forum. He is no different to someone spraying graffiti on your house. Perhaps one day he'll become a politician.

That's a little deep man. Although the kid (if he is one- he acts like one) has some issues, that's a big assumption.

No matter what he's gone and we're here.

I never saw what Jordi was posting only the replies from fellow Adelaidian Steve. But that Jordi sounds like quite a piece of work. If he is truly gone then good ridance I say.
