Default Picture Re-Sizing Help.

Hey guys and dolls, I wanna post up pics of my models but the pictures are too big. I know how to resize them via paint but it becomes grainy.

Can someone, who has more experience and knowledge than me, please do it properly.

Thanks.

Do you use flickr.com? If you upload your pics there, even the full-resolution original, they will automatically re-size them at different resolutions.

Flickr.com is awesome, and even with a free account, you can do a lot.

That's my recommendation!

Tried that, mate. They upload distorted. I'm guessing due to their massive original size?

Do you have a photo editing program such as Adobe Photoshop or something of that sorts?

You can also try Google Picasa. It's a free program.

I only use Flick.com and I'm surprised you were having problems with this. All my pics posted here are linked directly to Flickr. Once you are at the main photo and click on All sizes, it should give you the option to choose from Square, Thumbnail, Small, Medium, Large or Original. You can then choose the Copy Image Location and host it here on DAC or wherever you want to display your photos.

Hope this helps, as we'd love to see pics of your models!! (or have you already since photobucket got the job done)
