Default Any knowledgeable Photoshop users here?

I have a full version Adobe Photoshop 6.0 mac format, cd, box, manual, all except its missing the image ready 3.0 cd. I had bought this back in 2002 from Macwarehouse ($500.00) when my wife & i had a small business along with an old friend "graphic artist" , however all went sour. I had been taught the basics and indeed it is a nice program but no longer have the mac and its been sitting in my closet for years collecting dust. However i would sure love using it again.

Anyway, my questions are:
1. Are there any issues with buying/selling preregistered software such as this including legal ones?
2. If i cant sell it (manual alone is a wealth of info), could i find a compatable windows cd at a fairly reasonable price and legal?
3. I dont recall ever installing the imageready 3.0 cd, how important is this missing software to the program?
