Do you mean planes to fly yourself or AI traffic (other planes parked at airports, in the air)?

You can download both from websites such as flightsim.com

World of air is very good, I don't yet have it but I am getting it. Their is one also called Skai Traffic but apparently that one is illegal. The only problem with WOAI is that you have to download a package for every airline.

Well for AI traffic I would also recommend Worl of AI. Its very easy and simple to use and looks great and the only downside is that you have to download and install each airline's package separately but they're only about 6 MB each.

World of AI

Edit: I wouldn't recommend that you use "Skai Traffic" its illegal because the author took airlines, planes and flight paths from other free AI programs and compiled his own program, he used them without permission so you should use it at your own risk.
