Rick ... how ironic. I was just thinking about Lenka the other day, wondering how the young person is doing.

Is this Polish Mig-29? If yes, where was photo taken? Radom Air Show, Polish Airforce Base or somewhere in europe?

FWIW, I got a very nice e-mail from Lenka, who is still hanging around waiting for something interesting to comment on at DAC. Otherwise, she's happily busy with her life. I'm pleased that more females are finding their way to DAC and look forward to hearing their comments and opinions.

Sweet picts of the MIG and yourself, L-1011 Tristar.
I had the huge distinct pleasure of having a former German fighter pilot as my glider instructor in Hawaii. He told me, while we were 'surfing' at 3,000 feet, that he loved gliders even more than fighter jets. That was one of the best 45 minutes of my life flying with him. |
