Re: what's your ride????
Here's mine for another two years. Once the lease is up, I don't plan to own a car again for a while.

What a hoot!! Great looking cars but can be troublesome. My sister-in-law had one, MG Midget.

Nice car, but no offense, you technically aren't "owning" a car when you are leasing ... you're really "renting".
We too, are "renting" (leasing) a car as well ... my wife's Mazda CX-7, which is a fine crossover SUV. Very fun to drive, but gets poor gas mileage.
Here's my other car ...

Yes, I'm fully aware that I am renting. I meant I would not be buying another car (as I have in the past) once this lease term is up.

Re: what's your ride????
Gotta love the Batmobile. I've owned several Corgi models of it.
Several years ago, I was at a car show in San Luis Obispo and the son of George Barris who was in attendance brought with him the Monkeemobile (Monkeemobile #2). It was quite a treat to see that car in person.

I took pics of this one as we were driving up the I-5 from Oceanside (25 miles north of San Diego) to Orange County one day last June. I was lucky to have the camera with me and was able to shoot the pic with the drivers' window rolled down.
NOTE: "Robin" was asleep while the unmasked but hatted "Batman" was driving ...

Re: what's your ride????
I've read that you can buy the Batmobile as a kit car, but they are rather expensive!!!

Re: what's your ride????
I had an Acura RSX Type S 2006, but it was stolen in front of my house three weeks ago.
Here's what my insurance is replacing it with
Acura CSX Type S 2008

Re: what's your ride????
Yes, greasy butt! And on a black car, too. The worst for showing scratches and smudge and finger prints marks. I love black cars, though.

i cant believe honda rebranded a $15k USD Honda Civic as an Acura. whatever way to make money i guess.
but the Civic SI here in the states is a very fun drive and ride so I suppose this CSX leans more in that direction.

My friend's gym teacher got t-boned by a guy in a black corvette going 200. (He apparently, just got out of jail for, you guessed it, speeding) The teacher was killed and the engine flew out of the car.
My ride (my Dad's) is a 96' Chevy Cavalier. He drives the old thing 60 miles round trip to work. The ride I WANT is a 69' Chevrolet Camaro SS. I'd walk/ride my bike most the time and stuff but X-acto (referring to myself in 3rd person) isn't a very athletic person.
