Their website doesn't have a discount or coupon code. They have a great sale every few months. Many collectors have been complaining of orders getting mixed up like wrong models received or models shorted on orders.

Thanks. I have heard some bad things about them, and believe me I wouldn't order from the and risk it if they weren't the only US based vendor with the October aeroclassics models at reasonable prices (reasonable being a relative term. As it is I'm spending $70 on two 1:400s).

True no coupons, but they had a major sale a few weeks ago.
I have also heard about the bad order mix ups & errors, but i have ordered at least 3 x in the past two months & everything has been 100%. I speculate there might have been a bad employee or intern, a few months ago on a order, which was also 100% accurate, i received a "bonus". It was a 4 inch knife! i asked about returning it, but got no reply, i still have the knife, it was like new!

That's the one I ordered and never received.

ha - I'm asking because I'm wondering if it's safe to dip into those waters, too.
Well, I originally thought about collectablejets because one of the members on here told me that they had a good experience with them. If you do order from them and get a good experience, please let us know!

I have ordered from them once and had very good service with no problems, but because of the overwhelming negative reviews from other customers, I decided I must have been lucky that time and decided not to push it, so I've not bought anything from them since.

I betcha that order was placed in the dinosaur era of collecting when CollectableJets was located in Ohio. My best deal was ordering two AC Frontier 737s in '07 when AC limited them to one per order. CJ still sent them.
I bought from them for the first time in August this year and another time in October. No problems and shipping was on time. Service was good too. I would definitely buy from them again.
