Default Decals

Has anybody ever used 1:44 scale decals on a 1:200 model? If so how does it look?

Do the words "Does my butt look big in this?" sound familiar?

I understand your request on this as i have been wondering the same myself recently, but i doubt it will work.

since no diecast mfr. has a 1/200 pre-62 series DC-8 mould as of yet except herpa but that mold stinks. i keep seeing a vintage National Airline 1/144 decal set on e-bay that i am interested in and 1/200 plastic DC-8 50-61s kits from time to time, but no 1/144 scale models to match them with!

Or you get a set of 1:144 decals, scan them, then using a photo editing program adjust the size of the scanned item by multiplying by 0.72 and printing out on either white or clear decal paper (depending on underlying aircraft colour). Carefully trim and attach to model. Simples.

not really but would work
