Default Air Paradigm

I recently ordered a GJ KLM 777-300ER from Air Paradigm a couple of days ago and I was wondering if they send emails out confirming the order and letting you know that it shipped. I am hoping and expecting to get the model in the next few days. I love this website BTW and they have outstanding prices!

You can always check the status of your order online. Log into your account and look up your order history. It'll indicate whether its pending, shipped, etc.

And make sure you don't use the discount code on a certified pre-owned/closeouts/scratch & dents/Aeroclassic models. Its not allowed.

I was recently in contact with Michael at AP and he's in the midst of moving to a new home, so I imagine service might get a little lagged. I wouldn't worry, though...he's always come through on delivery.

I placed an order on the 17th of June and it still has not been shipped. The status says "validated." I am curious if he keeps these models in stock, or if he waits until he receives an order then orders from his distributor.

Perhaps my order is stuck in order cyberspace. I ordered one Herpa and four SkyMarks, all 200 scale.

Just ordered a model from him that no one had. It was my first order with this company. His customer service was superb. Shipping very fast and the packing was the best I have ever seen.

Yeah, Air Paradigm has very good service. It took 2 days for my package to arrive and I use priority shipping.

I'm definetly going to be using Air Paradigm again, very good service and prices.

I emailed Michael, and apparently he does not keep in stock SkyMarks models and he is waiting for those to arrive from the distributor. My order should go out this week.
