Default A Question from a newbie

Hi Guys
I'm relatively new to this forum as you can see its my 1st post but have been reading them for quite a while. the question i have is i have a couple of models that are not on the database, i had a look at how to submit them however I'm not 100% sure of the manufacturer, model# etc and was wondering if anybody else might happen to have the same models or know of the manufacturer or be able to assist in getting the put on the list. here is a list of what i have:

1/250 Air Vanuatu 737-300
this one was bought in '06 on board an AV flight

1/200 V Australia 777-300ER
not sure of the manufacturer but the box had "Mega Models" written on it but couldn't find that as a manufacturer in the list

1/130 Virgin Blue "50th aircraft" 737-700
i have seen it on the database in 1/400 scale but not this scale.

and im not sure if the last one would be applicable to this forum but its a 1/18 Royal Australia Air Force F/A-18 Hornet in 75SQN colours

Cheers

Eugene

Welcome to DAC, Eugene. Enjoy your stay here.

Poor V Aus. It's looking like the aircraft is flying upwards, while the engines is going to another direction.

Welcome to DAC! Models not in the database can be added to your collection as a custom model. If you click on my collection and custom, you will see I added two custom models.

Cheers for the replies guys, glad you like the hornet, its a 1/18 scale which is about 90cm or 3" long, it was worth about A$200 and i have seen them in 2OCU squadron paint and my old stomping ground 75SQN. im pretty sure they are available in most Toyworld stores in Australia, overseas im not really sure about.

i do remember seeing a post saying the V Aust was added to the database but when i search it i only come up with the 1/400 and 1/500 scales.

Here is a couple of more pics of the Hornet, it has retractable gear, removable bombs and drop tanks, folding wings etc.

Cheers

Eugene

i cant remember from the box as i got this one in about 2005 before i knew the importance of markings on the box etc but i just did a quick search on the net and it appears to be a "BBI Elite Force Military" if that helps

this is a website i found
w w w.blueboxtoys.com/bbi2005/

i believe they only did a limited release of the RAAF 75SQN and 2OCU Hornets and limited them to about 500 each but i cant be to sure but i do remember the $200 dent it put in my wallet!
