The contact number on their internet site is 866-468-6573 but when I dial that number, I get an automated response saying that the number is not in service.

Does anybody have the correct phone number?

I am not sure what the issue was... but our number is working fine at this time. We only answer with a live person Mon to Fri 8AM to 5PM with a break for lunch. You can leave a message and someone will call you back or try to call between 8 and 5 PST. You can also e-mail me and I will do my best to support any issues you may be having.

1. Herpa AC 744
2. Herpa Saudia 744

It is good to be here! I'll try to check in as often as I can and welcome any questions.

As far as item availability goes...if it shows "in stock" we should have it on the shelf ready to ship. "Back ordered" items are usually on their way... but each manufacturer has a different track record of letting us know what is discontinued and gone...so we do our best to get the items that we can't get out of our system, but with over 9500 different models in our active inventory... it is a full time job keeping up with new releases and discontinued models. Feel free to e-mail me and I can usually give a pretty good ETA for anything showing as back ordered.

Can you private message me the Herpa numbers on the ones you are interested in. We have a Herpa 1:200 Saudi 744... but want to make sure I'm giving you info on the right models.
