Default Collectors Aircraft Models Australia Question.

Has anyone ordered anything of this website? Early February I ordered a 1:200 Emirates A340, then a week later he sends me an e-mail saying they were out of stock. So I changed my order to a 1:200 A380 (House colours) and they said they were out of stock but will get one the follwoing week. I sent them an e-mail a couple of weeks ago to see what's happening and I have not had a reply since. I'm starting to get worried.

Collectors Aircraft Models Australia

Thanks in advance.

Its usually hit and miss with there website my advice don't order online, phone up instead and place the order, very helpful over the phone and can tell you straight away wheather the model is in stock or not. I've had no problems ordering that way and can usually have a good old chat about models if they're not busy.

Give them a call as I am sure Terry will sort things out for you, I have had many dealings with them and also done model airports for them, so I can only assume they may be having a few "teething" problems with the new ordering on line system. As for Mark Bell, as far as I know he was only a store manager and Robert is still the business Manager. and all are great people I have a lot of time for, by the way.
Give cam a call and good luck with your purchases.

This is the best advice.

Call them and Terry will help you. I haven't relied on the website for quite a while but I think it is being transitioned into something reliable and up to date.
