Air New Zealand vs Lufthansa from Los Angeles to Heathrow Intl
Air New Zealand and Lufthansa did a race in oct called L.A to Heathrow.
They Both operated there 747-400's. Lufthansa was out onto the strip first. It departed 3min before Air NZ but when one of the jumbos came out of the fog It was Air NZ's 747-400 touching down. It arrived 21min earlier than Lufthansa. They were both full with passengers. Can someone please tell me why this happened. Its just confusing!!!!!!! Winner zk-nju!!!!!

Since when did LH operate a Boeing 747-400 nonstop from Los Angeles to Heathrow...What happened to BA, were they disqualified!
