Default Info on amphibian wanted

Hi,
Last week during a visit to the US I bought a diecast model aircraft of the type described below. I would be grateful to receive any further information on it. Thanks.

It looks like a Supermarine Walrus amphibian but has a front mounted prop so is not a "pusher" like the Walrus. It also has a tailplane and rudder that is different to the Shagbat but apart from that is very similar. My aircraft has a wingspan of 11 inches and is a biplane with fabric covered wings and an enclosed cockpit. The single motor is obviously mounted above the cockpit and between the wings and has two exhuasts which discharge over the centre of the top wing. The livery is largely bright red with some white and it features both the name and logo of the oil firm Texaco prominently on it and the code " NC 374 V" is painted on the top starboard wing and the bottom port wing.
Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Dibnah.
