Unable to access Help
I am unable to access the Help section
When I click on the Help tab I get the following message: Bong, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons: Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system? If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation. I have always been able to access help before, in fact I have left details of a bug there in the past

Shoudl be fixed.. We had it turned off while we upgraded the bug tracker software.. All is well now. Let me know ifyou have other issues..
