I have deleted every picture I ever posted here yet it still shows more than half of my storage space used up....how do I clear it up?

I must be doing something wrong, I ran search on SteveJ and got 2 pages of posts, I went through them all and deleted all pictures, how do I gather the whole population then if the search option doesn;t?
