Hi Guy's, I'm new to your forum and for that matter to the diecast collecting world. I'm a plastic modeller (equally aircraft and armour) but have recently become aware of some of the diecast ranges which are out there. At present my interests are more orientated towards some of the armour replica's I've seen, particularly the Dragon Armour series. From what I gather the diecast market can produce some highly collectable subjects and while I intend to pick up what appeals to me I am also aware about the investment aspect of the hobby.
What I guess I'm looking for is some advice as to what to look for and avoid, which manufacturers are especially good and if this forum doesn't have much of an armour miniatures following are there any similar sites out there for trackheads.
My interests include WW2-modern military aircraft of all nationalities and AFV's from round about WW2 to the present day.
