Display Cases
One common display case I sell is from AeroClassics. These are stackable boxes with black bases and clear acrylic covers (sides and tops). In 1:400 scale you can put one 747 in a box or a couple of 737's. These would be a fairly inexpensive way to store your 1:500 scale as well as you could but up to 4 planes in a case for the small models
