Default FINISHED- TAP Boeing 777-282LR

Hey Guys:

Here are the pictures of my first custom model ever! With that being said I am aware of a few blemishes that this model has, however we should remember this Triple 7 can't even be seen in LIS!

Id also like to thank Brad, Bill-ay and all others for their help and patience with this model, and of course Garglejus for the decals!

Congratulations Bobby on finishing that first custom! Pics are a bit too fuzzy to see any real flaws so as far as I'm concerned, great job! Be proud of yourself since I know much you've put into it.

A pleasure helping you out and I look forward to seeing your future works!

Very nice work! Would be interesting to see these colors on a 737-200 or 727-200

There is no TAP Boeing 777 flying, let alone an LR version, thats what I meant by "this 777 cant even be seen in LIS"- because in real-life you cant! ;-)

That's a first-class looking job!

I agree with ST regarding the stand. This would look soooo nice on its landing gear. If you were to do that, I would recommend 'popping' the wheels off of the struts (a firm pull straight out while gripping left and right wheel will do it) and painting the struts a matte light grey using enamel paint. That really takes the 'plastic-look' away. When the struts are dry, a gentle, yet firm even push, and the wheels will 'pop/snap' back in. Then 'dry fit' the entire landing gear assemblies and when satisfied of position, tack with a spot of white glue.

Yes, lovely livery on a lovely mould! Some of these Hogan models are so nice to mod.
