Chris,

What about making an L-1011 in Hawaiian Air's current livery? Just a suggestion.

Wellll Allllrighty then! Another fabulous job Chris! Perhaps as 744's come offline from United and the like, this could become a reality! Especially if people start taking more US vacations in this and the years to come!

...........well I want to stress this out....just like everyone said in the previous post I am very impressed with this one. I would also love to own one of this as it is much more realistic to have a Hawaiian747 landing here in our country rather than the 767.... I hope we'l be getting this one. Magnificent job Chris.

OK, like if someone wants this model, how 'bout we have one kine
get-together in Honolulu. Like we show our models at "Hobby Company" in Pearlridge and have some grinds together. And, I'll give away the HAL 747 to someone attending. So...what you think?

Shakka Brah!

Wink

!

Well guys, I should have know that it was spelled Haolies... I've just never seen it written before.

I too understood everything you all said, although I don't speak "island". My grandparents are a pair of those dreaded "snowbirds" from the northwest... of course they've been living in Maui at 6 month stretches, contributing to the local economy for over 35 years, so I can't imagine they are considered THAT bad.

My brothers and I have had the fortune to visit them MANY times over the years, so we've picked up a word or two of the lingo...

Default Talk story....

OK den, we gonna get together, talk story and get some break da' mouth grinds. So maybe we could do the one Saturday after Thanksgiving at Pearlridge. I think we can meet in the Hobby Company. I talk to da' kine manager. My dad and I will bring like part of our ADI Airport, some custom and some sample models. And of course we gonna give the one Hawaiian B-747 to someone attending. OK?

If I could just be in Hawaii..............gee.............I would definitely attend that eye to eye your setting up. Well......not only does the added incentive of being able to get the Hawaiin 747 but the thought of meeting up with people in DAC is already enough for me to attend. Plus the fact that I really admire your skills in your custom models Chris.
