Default My CO 735 with winglets!

Well...It's been a LONG time since I built any sort of model. I managed to get my hands on a DACO 735 kit sometime in the summer, and only just today finished her (after accidentally ripping the tail decal and having to order a new set). I also decided to build gate area diroama. I have some tow bars and a tug on order, now if I could just find some of those baggage conveyor vehicles... (and yes, I know the reg on this bird is really for a 733, I was too lazy to piece together the right N number )

I'm no Brad Shinn, but I think after a ten year hiatus, this isn't too bad of a build. My next project is going to be a Conti 738, also with winglets. That will likely take me a few months, thanks to school. Hope you enjoyed the pics!

Hey nice work! I didn't know CO had -500s with winglets. Nice windowshade decals! One thing though, I think you have the port side overwing exit positioned a little high. Overall, awesome job though. Those DACO 737s sure are sweet aren't they?

Do you need a blended-winglets retrofit set for your CO B735 model?

Yeah, that Daco kit IS sweet. I was nervous at first because I hadn't built anything in ages, but it went together rather smooth! Continental just added the first wingletted -500 earlier this year, luckily for me!

DO you have any process shots ?
I HAD process shots...but unfortunatly had a weird malfunction with my computer about a month or so ago . Long story short, i ended up building an entirely new system. I lost a few things in the process, those pics being among them.

Pretty nice work!
By the way - has any 735 winglets in reality? (I know that the 737-300 has...)

Thank you Kaitanium and Ferihegy!

IIRC, CO had their first735 wingletted just earlier this year. I don't think too many of them have gone through the conversion yet though.

I know the feeling, the weird thing is, all my photos were on one HDD, yet only lost a few?!? I'm pretty tech savvy, and that definately doesn't make sense to me!
