This looks awesome! It makes me want to start building kits again. And I would really love the flaps and reversers. Is there a way to get those add on parts for customizing?

Hi jason,

It's the old Revell DC-9-15 kit. I belive it's 1/120 scale. I made the reversers/flaps/spoilers from styrene myself.

Thanks for the kind reply!

Brad

Yes, I'm still kickin here at a snail pace...lol! Been busy trying to buy/sell to a new home...Errrrrr. Yea, Ray did a GREAT job on the decals and art work for this build. Just have to give him time. He's the best around to scale up any custom size art-work in my book. 1/120 is an odd scale too.
Thanks Kaitanium for the reply. I think your work is great too...
Best,
Brad

Hi Billy,

Here is the version/kit box art I used. Revell cast them in silver or white plastic.

Best Regards,

Wow, the exact same box art ,but kit in silver/grey I bought back in the summer of -68 !!! Awesome work as always Brad. Did you have to
fill slightly on the cockpit windows before sliding the decal in place ??

Hey,

Thanks again for your reply. Yes I had to fill all the windows (pass/cockpit) before any painting and decals. Also panel lines are a little too much on the top of the wings and a few spots. They were sanded down a bit. It's a great kit. I think Evil-Bay has a few for sale.

Regards,
Brad
