Just finished! finally...1:200 ANA 773 "Waves"

finally finally found some free time to go that last mile stretch to finish my very first airliner model up (and very first model where i painted everything too!). got a few more touch ups to go before its ready for a clear coat.

looks great against my eva 773ER no? haha. i love it and it didn't cost me hundreds unlike hogan's version. final and better pictures once i find more time to sit down and totally complete it.

was quite the learning experience, airbrush, masking, all that jazz. will do it more in the future no doubt!

mmm i have an iwata revolution hp-cr and a harbor freight compresor. package was like about $130, got the compressor used.

It probably beats the Tamiya airbrush compressor kits, but I''ll have to go check.

i think arguably iwata makes one of the best airbrushes out there.

Hey, put future in you airbrush and just spray it on, thats what I do and it is a spectacular result.

Wow, that is awsome. It looks like a hogan model. Where did you get it? I've always wanted an ANA that hasnt costed $121.

hehe go for it. hasegawas 777 kits have alot of defects here and there for some reason, discolored plastic, uneven panel lines, bowl out fueselages...all part of the challenge to put together this kit.

I see... I just picked up two ANA 777-300 kits yesterday, one them looks good but, I havnt tried to put it together. Would you like to buy one? Look at AC under The Exchange.

Thanks Kai, but I think I'm going to get it in standere colors.Now if they Only had an ER, I would love GE90s on mine.
