Default AeroClassics Air Canada 767-275

Hi everyone

I just finished making a 'new mould' for a custom Air Canada Boeing 767-275. It will be registered C-GPWB. I flew on this aircraft in 2006 out of Toronto. I will post a picture soon.

Sounds cool! Did you really make a mould? That must have been hard to do.

Thanks! Yes I did, I did it with a Dremel and then crazy glued the metal back together and filled the cracks in with clay. I am now attempting to paint/decal it in the Air Canada 1983 colors. I used the AC Transaero 763.

Done that myself a couple of times and know that it can be a tough job if everything should look good, but in this case, why didn't you just get one of Gemini's 767-200 models as donor?

Yes, I once chopped up and shortened an AC 763 fuselage to get a fantasy "767-100". Like with so many projects, I didn't find the motivation to further work on it and the parts are lying somewhere in my spares box - to be continued somewhen, maybe...

Thanks a lot! I will try to post a 'rough' image of it tomorrow. I have only began to paint the silver belly.

Hi everyone.

I'll try to post a picture today. However, I have decided to make it in the 1990s colors instead.

Also, please let me know if there are any other liveries you want. The 'mould' is not limited to Canadian liveries.

Here you go guys! Also, since I am only about 50% done, you may notice some 'rough patches', but please do not worry, those will be fixed soon. Enjoy!

Looking good, can you post few pictures without without plastic wrap on the fuselage just we can see uninterrupted model. Plus can you tell us how your mould is different then DW's mould.

Thanks a lot guys! Well, the mould is different from the DW because it has all of the perfection of AeroClassics. Also, there is no wrap on it, but the 'bumpy' appearance will be tended to.

Thanks Again!

Actually The Aeroclassics 767 is FAAAAR From Perfect. It's The BEST 767-300 Mould In 1/400, But The Nose Is Too Short, Too Tiny, & The Cockpit Is Off.
The DW 762 Would Have Made The "Perfect" Donor As There Is No Company Capable Of Matching The (Near) Perfection Of DWs 762 Mould.

I'm Assuming You Sawed Off An Aeroclassics 767 Then?
