Default Brad Shinn Continental B737-500

Here is a build for a collector of a 1/144 Daco B-737-500. She will have current Continental livery.
Thanks,
Brad Shinn

Brad, do you polish your models after sanding, if so, do you use Bare-Metal Polish?

Thanks kaitanium and I hope you have read about your Eva colors on airlinercafe.

Hi Billy, no I don't polish before any painting. Just use 1000grit on all seams and on any putty gaps. I sometimes will use bare metal polish (SNJ) on silver.

Regards,
Brad

As I think I have mentioned before Brad, you are a modelling machine! Do I notice some styrene work on the immediate engine afterbody? Hard to imagine Danny's masterpieces in need of a tweak!

Thanks V1UHOH!! Yea, I added some styrene for the reverser sleaves too. All the manufactures forget about them....Hmmm. Still the Daco kit is a very sweet kit.

Looks Great! Do you tape off the fusalage when you painted the wings? Is that an enamel grey on the wings?

Thank You D-AIHC very much!
Thank Bill-ay, The wings are just a dry fit to the fuselage. I used Tamiya light grey acrylic spray.

How do you get the weathered look, stand back and lightly airbrush it?
