Hey guys have fun next month! I've always wanted to check out how the Americans put on a show (since we don't have anything remotely comparable up here in Canada), and Chicago was within easy flying time from Toronto. But, there's a couple of us who are gearing up for the BIG show below. If I am going to experience my first American show, I was told (by crownvic) this LAX is the one and only, hee hee! Is the show worth going to? Will I find a lot of rare stuff? I might be going to Colorado around that date and if I do, I could make an extended layover in ORD.

I heard reports that the ORD show is pretty good, and it was on my radar to attend the past few years; but external events came into play = unable to go. I say if you can do the extended layover, go check out the ORD show. I think there's a free shuttle to the show. Cheers! T7

No problem at all Tony, Hope you can make the trip. T7 my friend its all in love for the hobby. Hopefully you can make it to an ORD show, we still have to catch lunch.

Connorc: Its the luck of what walks in the door you never really know what people are going to bring with them. But there's always deals to grab up if you know what your after, + the great people in the room just makes for a good time. Its definitely worth a trip over if you have a layover.

I went it the show today, guess what I found!?! Gemini 200 North Central DC-9, and (AND!!!!) an Aviation 200 Delta DC-9-51!!! Both super hard to find!!
