Hi all, just got home, stopping on the way to buy these two models from CDC in 1/48.
Me262 Nowotny, not at lot to say really other than to confirm my first impression on first seeing it in the shop that it is a first class model. Finish is excellent and it captures the look of te Me262 very nicely. They had a lot of Me262's, this was my favourite but the others were nice too.
Fw190, this is finished in winter camo, white with a green disruptive pattern, I was tempted by an all white one but decided this looked good too. The model is excellent in most respects, however I do have one major qualification to recommending this model, and that is to say te landing gear is too upright, almost vertical. This obviously didn't prevent me buying the model, and it's not as apparent as the P51 gear fault, but it is nevertheless wrong, CDC should correct it.
Looking forward to recieving the B25 now
