Fortunately, it's highly likely that a case this stupid and lacking in common sense will get thrown out on appeal. But Delta will still end up paying some (large) figure to the idiot involved and her pus-sucking attorney.

Actually, what Kathy Weaver, 44, of Billings, MT needs is a quick bullet to the head since she can't deal with life. It's really the only humane thing to do with someone so lacking the skills at coping with adversity. It would really be doing her family a favor since they won't have to be burdened by her overwhelming inability to conduct day-to-day activities. I'm surprised the courts didn't recommend this course of action....
