Default Re: Airliners.net Acceptance Time

I recently submitted several photos I took in SXM and received back a long list of items to be looked at. Some made sense, some did not. My daughter is graphic artist (she does the AAA magazine for NY area) and she understood what they were looking for . She said she could fix it with her very expensive version of photoshop doing things that my cheap version cannot do. Resolution was one problem, (I used 350, should be 700) color adjustment another (she said looking at the other photos they dont want the real color sky, they want the photoshop adjusted deep blue). Funny thing though, I submitted almost the exact same shot as another person who must have been standing right next to me and their photo was posted and you really cannot tell any difference between the two photos. They also said some of the information I supplied was incomplete or missing, with the exception of the reg # everthing was taken from their pulldown menu. The reg was correct, so that one had me stumped. I took 132 airplane photos at SXM I hope I can get one posted ...if not the fun is all in the trying and you learn a lot.
