Thank you for the comprehensive explanation of "preferred retailer" status.

I understand the need to generate revenues in order that we can enjoy the DAC forums and as you say we are all in a position to provide customer feedback on any retailers.

Let's just hope that Replica Miniatures start to redeem themselves and provide good customer service in the future.
