I have both of the Qantas -200s and can attest to the issues with the Gemini version.
The Jet-X version is available in -100, -200, and -300 versions and is a nicer model all over.

My suggestion would be sort out those bloody awful engines before deciding how to paint it! The Gemini may sit on it's arse but it is a far better looking shape! I should know, I have both the Jet-x RAF 100's but they are let down by those awful engines, incidentally both my Gemini's sit properly & have a proper set on engines on!
