you must own a very big backyard in order to set up an airport in 1/200 scale! or live in some kind of cathedral...
seriously, there does not seem to be a serious market for 1/200 airport sets, probably only partial dioramas and that's why we do get figures and some GSE vehicles in 1/200, but no buildings, bridges, etc. resourceful collectors turn to plastic and glue, and make wonders! search inside this forum and you'll see.
