Ralph, I think this could be the Tomy 707 you are looking for. I recently bought this one in Lufthansa-livery from a model-collector in England.

Scale is approximately 1/100. It has a retractable undercarriage but unfortunately there is no sign as to whether Tomy is the manufacturer or not. On the lower fuselage it only says "Made in Japan". But still I guess it's a Tomiyama model because the plastic wings with very detailed control surfaces remind me of the Tomiyama Vickers Viscount with the same feature.
