PR department? After all, it was him that invented global warming! He's the reason why I'm, and every one else for that matter, being taxed upto my eyeballs with "green taxes" for something that is happening naturally. He's the reason why it cost so much to fly on our favorite aircraft and airlines, which incidently we can't see proparly when they are cruising at 35,000ft, plus he is the reason why I will be paying nearly £1000 car tax. He did a bloody good job at convincing the world that we are all going to be flooded out in the next few years. The world is warming naturally like it did millions of years ago. It is going to happen regardless. If you want to believe statistics instead of science then please be my guest.
