These 707s rarely had a lot of black smoke coming from them as they were equipped with turbofan engines. Regarding the "tree-hugger" comment, perhaps you would prefer a world where smog was so intense that you couldn't see your favorite airliners flying overhead? The world could use a lot more "tree-huggers" before we pollute ourselves to death. Excuse my political comment, but it's time we stop labeling people that care about the environment as some sort of fringe element or freaks.

Aside from my political rant, the model is beautiful. Thanks for sharing. I've got my TWA and Delta L-1011s on order now. I'm also really hoping they come out with a Cathay Pacific L-1011. THAT would sell like hotcakes.
