AbeBooks: New & Used Books, Textbooks, Rare & Out of Print Books from a bookseller in England. I forgot the exact cost, but it was around $100.00. GMS Enterprises is the publisher and you can contact them at
GMSAVIATIONBOOKS@Compuserve.com. If that doesn't work, ask Agent X20 to be on the look out at some of the book shops in his area.
The book is hardbound and was published in 1997. 256 pages with plenty of pictures, diagrams, etc. Great read.
