They don't - I asked for something that I'd seen on their site and was told they didn't have it in the shop at the time. It was a large model, so I suppose it was all down to space (it's not exactly a huge shop).
On the other hand, I found some things I hadn't seen on the site.
Perhaps I was just unlucky, but I'd now ask if they have something in stock beforehand, especially something big.
I'll tell you, the only real problem I had was that on the website, it gives no real indication as to how far away the shop is from the underground.
In another message, it describes the distance as being only 400 yards, but I can tell you now that it was a damn sight more than that!
I said it was about a 15 min walk, but on thinking about it, it obviously just seemed longer than it did because I didn't know how long it was going to take. Certainly, on the way back, it was about 10 mins.
